We can remove it for you, but for security reasons we need to confirm you own the phone first. Email us with:
- Your order number (for either the phone or the Koshering service)
- Your name on the account
Once we verify ownership, we'll send you the uninstall code and instructions (typically: open the Gentech app → Options/Menu → Uninstall → enter code).
