We're closed all day Saturday (Shabbos) and on Yom Tov (including the entire Pesach/Passover period). On Friday our support team is available 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, but our shipping department is closed from Thursday evening until Sunday — orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed Sunday and ship Monday. (On regular business days, orders placed by 4:00 PM usually ship the same day.)
