These are typically hardware issues that aren't related to our software, so an Update Policy or app reinstall won't fix them. Your options:
- AKKO claim if you have protection (highly recommended at purchase).
- Local repair shop — they can usually replace cameras, screens, batteries, and charging ports without removing the Gentech filter.
- Send the phone to us if you'd like us to look at it. Mail to: Kosher Cell Inc, 5 Capital Lane, Lakewood NJ 08701, with a note explaining the issue and your return address.
If a repair shop says they need to factory reset or update the firmware to fix the issue, that's usually fine — but if Gentech does need to come off, contact us first so we can verify you're the owner.
