These are typically hardware issues that aren't related to our software, so an Update Policy or app reinstall won't fix them. Your options:

  1. AKKO claim if you have protection (highly recommended at purchase).
  2. Local repair shop — they can usually replace cameras, screens, batteries, and charging ports without removing the Gentech filter.
  3. Send the phone to us if you'd like us to look at it. Mail to: Kosher Cell Inc, 5 Capital Lane, Lakewood NJ 08701, with a note explaining the issue and your return address.

If a repair shop says they need to factory reset or update the firmware to fix the issue, that's usually fine — but if Gentech does need to come off, contact us first so we can verify you're the owner.
