  • Your device model
  • The IMEI number of the device
  • A description of what happened
  • The date the damage actually happened

A few important notes on timing:

  • File promptly after the damage occurs. Filing too long after the incident can affect your claim.
  • Don't file until the damage has actually happened. Pre-emptive or "just in case" claims are not eligible.

Once your claim is approved, AKKO will let you know — bring the approval to the shop where you purchased the warranty and they'll provide your replacement.
