We're happy to accept returns when the phone, packaging, and all accessories are in new, unused condition.

  1. Email support to start the return.
  2. We'll confirm and provide the return address.
  3. Ship everything back together with a note containing your order number.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund. If the order had been shipped before being canceled, the refund is the order total minus shipping.
