We're happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase, as long as the phone, accessories, and packaging are all in new condition. (If your package took a while to arrive, don't worry — we honor returns sent back within 14 days of delivery.)
How to return your phone:
- Contact us first so we can authorize the return — email support@koshercell.org or call 848-299-4081.
- Remove all personal information from the device before sending it back.
- Include a detailed note inside the package with your order number, the reason for the return, and your contact information. Without this note we cannot process the return.
- Ship to: Kosher Cell Inc, 5 Capital Lane, Lakewood, NJ 08701. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.
A few things to know:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility — unless the return is due to our mistake or a confirmed defect, in which case we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Want a different phone instead? Exchanges are welcome within the same 14-day window.
- Returns after 14 days require special permission and carry a 15% restocking fee, and can only be accepted if the device is undamaged.
- Prefer to skip the mail? In-store returns of online orders are always welcome at our store: 1700 Madison Ave, Lakewood, NJ (Gourmet Glatt North plaza).
