Orders placed by 4:00 PM usually ship the same day, and your tracking number will usually appear the night the order ships.
Our shipping department is closed from Thursday evening until Sunday. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed and packed starting Sunday, and ship out Monday (carriers don't pick up on Sunday).
Once your order ships, tri-state (NY/NJ/PA) deliveries usually arrive the next day. Our official delivery window is up to 4 business days — though it's usually less.
