We need to temporarily open the Play Store so you can update it:
- Email support with your KC user ID and the app you need to update.
- We'll open the Play Store and reply to let you know.
- Open the Gentech Safe app and tap Update Policy.
- Open the Play Store and update the app.
If after updating you still see "Pending" or the install won't finish, restart your phone — that usually clears it up.
