We need to temporarily open the Play Store so you can update it:

  1. Email support with your KC user ID and the app you need to update.
  2. We'll open the Play Store and reply to let you know.
  3. Open the Gentech Safe app and tap Update Policy.
  4. Open the Play Store and update the app.

If after updating you still see "Pending" or the install won't finish, restart your phone — that usually clears it up.
