For our phones to remain kosher and safe, we don't allow:
- Shopping apps (Walmart, Amazon shopping, etc.) — even if you already have something similar like Uber Eats, we can't add additional shopping apps
- AI chatbots like ChatGPT, DeepSeek, or anything that wraps Gemini — these contain unsafe content
- General-purpose web browsers
- Social media with open content feeds
- RCS messaging features in Google Messages — because RCS can enable Gemini AI inside the messaging app, we keep those features blocked even on phones where Google Messages itself is allowed
- Apps with known unsafe content
If we can't approve an app you've already paid for, we'll refund you — just let us know if you'd prefer a refund or a different app.
