We may need to temporarily disable the filter for a few minutes to let the sign-in complete. Email us, let us know when's a good time, and we'll open it for one hour. After we do:

  1. Open the Gentech Safe app and tap Update Policy.
  2. Try signing into the app again.

If the app still won't sign in even with the filter open, the issue is likely on the app's side rather than ours.
