Email needs internet to work. Check that:

  1. You're connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data — pull down the notification bar to see what you're connected to.
  2. Open the Gentech Safe app and tap Update Policy.
  3. Open Gmail again.

If your email password needs to be re-entered and you're stuck because the browser is blocked, email us — we can temporarily open the browser for a few minutes so you can sign in.
