A few possible causes:

  • Carrier setting: Call your carrier and confirm MMS is enabled on your line.
  • No-MMS phone version: Some flip phone versions are sold without MMS support — check your original box. If you got the no-MMS version, you can send it back to us to be re-flashed (please include a note explaining why and the return address).
  • Insufficient data: Picture messages need data — make sure your plan includes some.
