- We'll send you the account number and the PIN (typically the last 4 digits of the phone number) to give to your new carrier.
- Your new carrier will submit the port request and we'll release the number.
- Important: Email us once the port is submitted/complete so we can cancel your recurring monthly charges. Otherwise you may keep getting billed.
