When your phone arrives fully prepared, koshering takes 1–3 business days from the day we receive it — plus return shipping time.
"Fully prepared" means:
- All system/software updates are installed (keep checking until none remain)
- All the apps from your chosen bundle are already installed
- The Samsung account, ALL email accounts, and the lock-screen PIN/password have been removed — we cannot kosher a device with any of these present
- Your order number and return address are on a note inside the box
Devices that arrive without these steps done can be delayed much longer, so please prepare the phone before shipping it.
