Our koshering service is mail-in for everyone — or you're welcome to drop your phone off at our store instead.

Please include a note with your order number and a return address.

Heads up: Our walk-in store address is different (1700 Madison Ave, Unit 30). Please don't mail anything to the store address — use 5 Capital Lane for all shipments.

The one exception: international customers can have their phone koshered remotely — we connect through a remote session into your Windows computer with the phone connected. If you're outside the US, contact support and we'll arrange it.
