For most devices, the phone has to be mailed to us. Even if your model could theoretically be configured remotely, we have to be sure the device is fully up to date before we install our system. If there are any pending OS or firmware updates, the phone must be sent in so we can update and prepare it properly.

Heads up: Our walk-in store address is different (1700 Madison Ave, Unit 30). Please don't mail anything to the store address — use 5 Capital Lane for all shipments.
